The Oil and Gas committee of Nembe Kingdom is to embark on identification and registration of companies, vendors and other firms willing to do business in the Oil and Gas sector. The Chairman of the committee Chief Nengi James-Eriworio said the move is to enable the committee evolve a data base community content strategy, assist local business outfit in line with Nembe Kingdom development Agenda. According to Chief James-Eriworio, the move is to check the violation of the Nigerian Local Content Act. He therefore urged companies operating in the area and intending contractors to comply with the new guideline for renewal or fresh registration of face sanctions.
