Following the Gubernatorial Election last week Saturday, Mr. Seriake Dickson of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has been declared Governor- Elect. Declaring the results, the Chief State running officers for INEC, Prof. Joseph Ajeinka announced the total number of votes he received as Four Hundred and Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred votes.
Change Advocacy Party flag bearer, Dr. Imoro Kubor received twenty-two thousand five hundred and thirty four votes, Mr. kemela Okara of Action Congress of Nigeria polled nine-thousand six hundred and twenty-seven votes. Mr. famous Daunemigha polled three thousand five hundred and forty-eight votes. NDP One Hundred and Seven, CPN thirty seven, DPA fifty three, MPPP cancelled vote, APGA nine hundred and thirty-eight, NAP seventy-two, ACP ninety-sixty, CDC four hundred and seven-four, MRDD seven-hundred and one.
LDNP thirty-four, MDJ thirty-four, NCP four hundred and nineteen votes, NSDP three hundred and three, PMP two hundred and eighty-six, DNP five hundred and sixty one, BNPP ninety-three, ACD three hundred and one, APN thirty seven, ADP thirty five, ARP ninety three, RPN twenty nine, CDP five hundred and sixty one, HOP seventeen, Justice Party one hundred and seventeen, LP two hundred and fifty-seven, PPN eighty nine, PRP twenty nine, SDMP seventy, UMDP thirty-seven, APP ninety-six and CPP scored sixty votes.
