STATE SANITATION AUTHORITY BOSS BLAMES CONTRACTORS FOR NON EVACUATION OF REFUSE
The Chairman of the Bayelsa state Environmental Sanitation Authority Chief Reginald Dede has attributed the non evacuation of refuse to dump sites as a failure on the part of contractors. He emphasized that the sanitation authority should not be faulted for the heaps of refuse dotting the state capital.
