INDEPENDENT ELECTORAL COMMISSION (INEC) EXTENDS ONGOING VOTERS REGISTRATION

The Public Relations Officer of the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) in Bayelsa State, Mr. Timidi Wariowei said the ongoing supplementary voters’ registration exercise in the state has been extended by two days. According to him, the extension is to make up for the first two days that the exercise didn’t take off fully.

Mr. Wariowei used the medium to call on the public especially those who haven’t registered to avail themselves of the opportunity to register and vote in next year’s February Governorship election in the state.
