BAYELSA STATE MICRO CREDIT ADMINISTRATION AGENCY BILL

The Bayelsa State Micro Credit Administration Agency Bill has passed through its second reading in the State House of Assembly.                                                                                                                                                               Moving the motion for its second reading leader of the House Mr Amalanyo Yousuo representing Brass constituency two, argued that the bill if passed would boost the economy of  the state by making funds accessible to small scale businesses.Mr Yousuo further explained that loans for small business is globally acclaimed as the most viable tool for fighting poverty. He stressed that what government is initiating through this bill would dramatically change the economic landscape of Bayelsa State.                                                      
In their various contributions, the members of the House were unanimous that the bill was well intended and targeted at releasing the full potentials of the middle class which is the most economically viable class in any society.
