GRADUATION CEREMONY OF THE SKILLS ACQUISITION CENTRE/INSTITUTE OF MRS ALAYINGI SYLVA

Today is another great day for Bayelsans as over 200 scholars are graduating from the Skills Acquisition Centre which was set up by the wife of the Bayelsa State Governor, Mrs Alayingi Sylva, under the platform of "Center for Gender Values and Culture" (CGVC). The programme which started three days ago and titled "International Capacity Building Workshop on Skill Acquisition" ended with the graduation of over two hundred graduants specialize in the skills of Basket making, head gear styling, batique/tie and dye, silk craft, bead craft and catering.
Mrs. Alayingi Sylva has through various platforms empowered Bayelsans, saved lives as well as impacted skills on several women and children.
